Location:
Barcelona office - Spain The Team You will be part of the Corporate Department, based in our Barcelona office and reporting to the Team Leader of the Corporate team in Madrid.
You will be responsible for preparing documentation for clients, attending notary appointments, and supporting the overall client experience.
As a client-focused team, we are committed to delivering seamless and high-quality service at every step of the process.
Tasks
• Supporting corporate lawyers in company formation, governance, and compliance matters
• Managing and organising legal documentation related to corporate transactions
• Coordinating with notaries, registries, and governmental authorities for company filings and document submissions
• Handling client communication and acting as a liaison between lawyers and clients for administrative matters
• Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments with Consulates, Embassies, Banks, Notaries, and more
• Handling document notarisation, apostille, and legalisation processes
• Drafting standard legal correspondence and responding to client inquiries

• 1 year of previous experience in an administrative legal role.
• A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2).
French is a plus!
