As Account Director, you would be focused on the strategic side of the process.
You would be tasked with taking the initial brief from the client and marrying audience insight to their strategic ambitions.
You'll be leading the creation, direction, and ongoing development of your client's media strategy, injecting innovation into all communication solutions and achieving commercial return for your clients.
How you'd spend your day :

Leading the client's communication activity, acting as a link between the different stakeholders involved.
Providing strategic input across all of the client's objectives, with a specific focus on digital.
Handling analysis of performance reports, presentations, and rationale to clients.
Being constantly appraised of technology developments in tracking and targeting to deliver the most innovative, competitive, breakthrough, and accountable possible actions.
Delivering the Omnichannel strategy across the brands and the annual strategies for each of them.
Dealing with quality control of the agency's output - response to briefs, content projects, practices execution, etc.
Handling local and international coordination and reporting when required.
Ensuring the ideas are high quality, inspirational, game-changing, and help our clients deliver their brand ambitions in the ever-changing media marketplace.
Guaranteeing excellent relationships with other agency partners and with key media owners.
We think you're awesome if you :

University degree related to Marketing, Advertising, or Economics or around 6-8 years of experience managing clients in an advertising environment.
Experience as Account Director (x-x years).
Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
Excellent knowledge of the Media and Advertising market sector in Spain.
Knowledge and use of the tools / sources of the advertising market in Spain.
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive, showing a clear client orientation and ability to develop Account strategy.
Strong strategic skills.
Leadership and people management.
Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
Open to new ideas and change.
