Position : Python Developer - Full Time

TecBrain is seeking a talented and experienced Python Developer to join our innovative tech team. This full-time role focuses on back-end development and the enhancement of our flagship platforms, tbRetail and tbGold365 . You will play a key role in developing high-performance software, optimizing databases, and contributing to the evolution of solutions that drive data-driven decision-making in the retail, real estate, and banking sectors.

This position is based in the Barcelona area . Fluency in Spanish and English is required to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain scalable back-end systems to support our platforms.
• Design and implement object-oriented programming (OOP) solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and data teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of tbRetail and tbGold365 , powering analytics and business intelligence for our clients.
• Engage in problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning to keep systems running smoothly.
• Communicate and coordinate with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For :

• Strong expertise in back-end web development and software architecture.
• Solid experience with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django , Flask , FastAPI ).
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and database management.
• Experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and real-time data processing.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Bonus Points for :

• Experience in the real estate, retail, or banking sectors.
• Knowledge of GraphQL , cloud services ( AWS , GCP ), or ERP systems .
• Experience working with Odoo Framework .
