Lead and support team of SupervisorsWork on monitoring and improving KPIs and operational processesMonitoring and compliance with quality processesManaging and supervising teamOptimization of work processes and staff productivityCollect metrics, analyze and report to Client when requiredReview dimensioning forecasts, carry out deviation and needs analysisConduct regular coaching sessions as well as refresher training for Team Leaders to maintain product/tools knowledge and make them successful at their day-to-day workLead supervisory meetings, coordinate leadership team actions, be a judge if no common agreementsUnderstand client's expectations and work towards themBe prepared to update daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year business reviews and be able to present them when requiredConcentrix is a great match if you:
Are proficient or bilingual in EnglishHave a strong background in customer service and contact center environmentsDemonstrate excellent communication and listening skillsPossess strong organizational and time management abilitiesAre self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyShow empathy and a logical approach to problem-solvingHave solid management skills and professional presentationAre proficient in Windows and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointAre familiar with key service metrics like SLA, KPI, CSAT, and productivityDon't meet every requirement?
