You Are:
An experienced andstrategic Product Manager to lead the development andcontinuous evolution of our Core Insurance Platform.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at theintersection of business, technology, and customer success. The idealcandidate will define the product vision and roadmap, managecross-functional teams, and ensure that the platform meets the needsof diverse geographies.
TheOpportunity:
Strategic Vision & RoadmapDevelopment:
Define and communicate the long-termproduct vision and strategy.
Develop and maintain acomprehensive product roadmap aligned with company goals and markettrends.
Ensure the platform's capabilities meet current andfuture needs of insurance companies across multiple geographies.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the Business Analyst team toensure high-quality requirements gathering and documentation.
Foster strong collaboration between Business Analysts,developers, and QA to translate business needs into technicalsolutions.
Drive a seamless connection between developmentand the overall business process.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primaryliaison between internal stakeholders, development teams, andcustomers.
Gather insights from clients and partners toinform product strategy and enhancements.
Build relationshipswith key stakeholders across regions to understand localized needs andregulatory requirements.
Market Analysis& Innovation:
Conduct ongoing market research toidentify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Ensure the platform remains competitive by integratinginnovative features and technologies.
Product Delivery & Quality Assurance:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept tolaunch and post-launch iterations.
Ensure timely delivery ofproduct features with a focus on quality and usability.
What you will bring:
Proven experience (10+ years) in productmanagement, preferably within the insurance or financial servicessector.
Strong understanding of insurance back-officeprocesses and technology platforms.
Experience leadingcross-functional teams, including business analysts and technicaldevelopment teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking andproblem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complex projectsand prioritize competing demands.
Excellent communicationskills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work across geographies and adapt todifferent market requirements.
Bonusskills:
Experience with software development for CoreInsurance Platforms or similar enterprise solutions.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in key markets.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach todecision-making.
Comfortable with emerging technologies suchas AI/ML in insurance solutions.
