WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Brand Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting in driving business results for the total P&L owned by the Brand Manager.
Collaborating on brand strategy to meet sales and profitability targets, ensuring all consumer touchpoints align with brand equity.
Analyzing Nielsen data, SAP data, and competitive activities to assess brand performance, monitor sales volumes, market share, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Developing product and communication strategies based on consumer insights, executing promotional initiatives and brand activations.
Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to implement marketing plans effectively, managing product development tools to ensure timely execution.
Forecasting new product launches and promotions, and assisting in marketing budget management.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
Educational background:
Bachelor's degree required (Economics, Business Administration & Management or similar). A Master in Marketing / MBA is a plus.
Languages:
Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
Relevant experience:
At least 2 years in a marketing role within the FMCG sector, preferably in the food industry, with experience working closely with sales across traditional and modern channels.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Nielsen, SAP, and other market analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
Own vehicle is required.
