At EY Tech.Collective, you will be building tax and law software products for increased efficiency, quality, and joy.

We help thousands of clients with services such as producing correct and compliant tax filings, and consulting multinational companies on how to navigate the international tax landscape.

To do those jobs with the highest degree of accuracy and efficiency, smooth processes and great software play key roles.

We operate across the Nordics (DK, FI, SE, NO) with a small, flat, and informal organisation of ~30 engineers, designers, researchers, and PMs. In a distributed setup across all countries where we work from home and offices depending on preferences and needs.

Tax? Yes, tax filings and tax law are the domains we design and build for, so having an interest in those areas would be good. Actual experience and domain knowledge is of course a plus, but certainly not a requirement. It's a pretty small Venn diagram of senior PMs who also have professional tax experience.

Above all, we value working with good all-round people. People who are both highly specialised but are capable of collaborating across disciplines.

About you

At Tech.Collective, you'll be tasked with reimagining how EY delivers tax and law services through better software and smooth workflows. Your work will impact thousands of professionals and their clients worldwide.

You're someone who can take complex business needs and turn them into useful products. You've spent years tackling tricky problems, working across different teams, and pushing for better solutions even when it means challenging the status quo.

You are part business part buttons. You might call it "product" and spend time in meetings about "transformative AI" and business opportunities, but at the end of the day, you became a PM because you love software.

Your key responsibilities

1. Finding game-changing opportunities for value creation.
2. Developing and executing product strategies that align with EY's broader goals.
3. Leading ideation, prototyping, and prioritization across multiple products.
4. Diving deep into the workflows of EY consultants and clients to uncover insights.
5. Collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
6. Guiding teams through complex decision-making processes.
7. Driving adoption and engagement of new solutions within EY and our clients.
8. Articulating the value of your team's work to both internal and external stakeholders.

To qualify for the role you must have

1. Proven track record of delivering impactful products in complex business environments.
2. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into product strategies.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. A strong sense of time being fixed and scope being relative.
6. Easy access to Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Stockholm. You can work remotely most of the time, but we meet up in person weekly.
7. Really good English speaking and writing skills. That's our work language.
