People Partner at GroupM , Denmark

As a People Partner at GroupM Aarhus

You will coordinate and carry out our People & Culture agenda and initiatives across our People Community.
You will understand the needs of employees and align with all Aarhus units, leadership, and the full GroupM business.

Each agency in Copenhagen has a People Partner (similar to an HR Business Partner), and we are looking for a new colleague to support our Aarhus team of 45 colleagues working across GroupM, Wavemaker, and EssenceMediacom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a People Partner, you will be responsible for driving initiatives related to the People & Culture agenda in collaboration with the People Leads and the People Community.
You must maintain an overview of the People landscape.

People Development Cycle

Drive talent performance, and in cooperation with leadership, ensure goal-setting, career development, and performance review conversations are conducted and reported in CultureAmp, our People Development platform.

HR Support

Maintain an overview of personnel matters with the People Operation Team.
Support employees and managers on HR matters, act as an ambassador, and ensure all HR aspects are considered, including assisting with personnel matters, terminations, and HR-related issues.

Talent Planning

Contribute to talent planning by looking 1 to 12 months ahead to ensure teams have the right talents in place.

Learning and Development

Plan and develop learning opportunities, facilitate employee participation, and handle administrative planning of education courses.
Also, support recruitment, onboarding, internship programs, and mental health initiatives.

HOW TO SUCCEED AS A PEOPLE PARTNER

The ideal candidate is passionate about people development and culture, with strong teamwork, networking, and motivational skills.
You should be approachable, present at the office, and a known face to employees.

Required qualifications include strong business understanding, HR or leadership experience, facilitation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to plan and execute effectively.

OUR PEOPLE COMMUNITY

In Aarhus, you will work closely with local leadership.
In Copenhagen, a People Lead oversees the strategy, supported by 3-4 People Partners sharing responsibilities across agencies and units, complemented by a central People Operation Team and a Talent Team focused on recruitment and leadership development.
