full timeFor our Digitalization, we are looking for a Data & AI Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Ulm.
We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Manager (m/f/d) to lead a team of 15-25 professionals in the areas of Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Project Management.
As the manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our data and AI initiatives, ensuring efficient project delivery and providing leadership to the team.Your responsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 15-25 professionals, including Data Engineers, AI Specialists and Project ManagersDevelop and execute a comprehensive data engineering and AI strategy aligned with organizational goalsOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data engineering and AI projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and governance policiesFoster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholdersPresent project updates and recommendations to senior managementMinimum RequirementsMaster of Science or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, AI or related rolesStrong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teamsIn-depth knowledge of data engineering principles and AI technologiesProficiency in project management methodologies and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBusiness acumen and the ability to align data and AI initiatives with organizational goalsOur offerA challenging and interesting range of activities awaits you at Liebherr in an internationally successful Group.
