Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche Führung unserer Sicherheitsmitarbeiter/innen und somit Bindeglied zwischen technischer Betriebsleitung und unterstellten Mitarbeitern/innen
Unterweisung der Sicherheitsmitarbeiter/innen und Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen/innen
Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit während des Dienstes
Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Schicht und Umsetzung notwendiger Dienstplanänderungen
Objekt- / Werkschutzaufgaben, einschließlich Beauftragung von Kontrollstreifen und Alarmverfolgung
Dienstliche Dokumentation, Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie Ergreifung von Maßnahmen bei Qualitätsabweichungen
Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit allen Ansprechpartnern unseres Klinikums
Ihr Profil Mindestens erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Objektschutz und mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung
Sicherer Umgang mit einem PC sowie Führerschein der Klasse B
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch vorteilhaft
Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis ohne Eintragungen
Bereitschaft für Schicht- und Wochenendeinsätze
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit, Organisations- und Entscheidungsstärke
