Konfiguration, Stammdatenpflege, Wartung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unseres DMSSicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und Performance-OptimierungProzessdigitalisierung:
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Datenverarbeitungskonzepten zur Abbildung undOptimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in IT-Anwendungen sowie im Workflow-ManagementRelease- und Testmanagement:
Mitverantwortung für das Release-Management des DMS sowie die Koordination von Tests innerhalb des TeamsSupport und Weiterentwicklung:
2nd-Level-Support für das DMS und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungin Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und externen DienstleisternProzessmodellierung:
Erfassung und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen unter Verwendung der BPMN 2.0-NotationTeilprojekte umsetzen:
Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Umsetzung von Teilprojekten zur Optimierung des DMS und angrenzender SystemeDokumentation und Qualitätssicherung der umgesetzten MaßnahmenDein Profil:
Ausbildung und Erfahrung:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare QualifikationErste Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von DMS-Anwendungen oder IT-Projekten ist von VorteilFachkenntnisse:
Kenntnisse in DMS-Systemen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit SER Doxis4Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse in Java und Visual Basic sind wünschenswertErfahrung in der Umsetzung und Koordination von IT-TeilprojektenAnalytische Fähigkeiten:
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren und abstrakt zu erfassenSoft Skills:
