Ihre Aufgaben
Weiterentwicklung des Servicebüros Prozessmanagement im Digital Office.
Beratung bei der Aufnahme, Modellierung und Analyse von Prozessen (in BPMN 2.0) sowie der Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen.
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von neuen Arbeitsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachabteilung und den Kolleg*innen des Changemanagements.
Durchführung von RUB internen Schulungen und Workshops zu Prozessmanagement, Teilnahme an hochschulübergreifenden Netzwerktreffen.
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Informations- und Kommunikationskanälen (z. B. Intranet, Newsletter).
Administration und Anwendersupport rund um die Prozessplattform "Picture", die an der RUB zur Modellierung von Prozessen im Einsatz ist.
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Verwaltungs-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement und in der Modellierung nach BPMN 2.0.
Analytisches Denken, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung.
Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und in der Durchführung von Schulungen.
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Prozessplattformen wie "Picture" wünschenswert.
Erfahrung im Hochschul- oder öffentlichen Sektor von Vorteil.
