Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:
Erarbeitung und Entwicklung von strategischen sowie kundenbezogenen Logistikkonzepten inklusive Preisbildung und Zusatzleistung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertrieb Disposition von Fremd- und Subunternehmern Multimodale Transportlösungen im Vor- und Nachlauf Regelmäßige Auslastungs-, Qualitäts- und Erfolgskontrolle und Veranlassen von Maßnahmen zur Gegensteuerung bei Abweichungen Frachtenmanagement Erfassen und Erstellen von Fahraufträgen samt Begleitpapieren Ihre Qualifikation:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B.
zum Verkehrsfachwirt) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld erleichtert Ihnen den Einstieg, ist aber kein Muss Systematische, analytische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Ziel- und Kundenorientierung Organisationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil Wir bieten Ihnen:
