Deine Aufgaben als Wohnbereichsleitung (w/m/d) bei uns:
Unter allen Jobs in der Pflege ist die Wohnbereichsleitung einer der essenziellen: Du leitest und koordinierst Deinen Wohnbereich. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Menschen zusammen und stehst für unsere Werte ein - mit Rat und Tat, mit Herz und Seele.
Umsetzung des Pflegekonzepts
Sicherung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse und der Pflegeplanung
Enge Kooperation mit ärztlichem Fachpersonal und Behörden
Durchführung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen
Fachliche Anleitung, Einarbeitung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter:innen

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Alten-, bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
Zusatzqualifikation zur Wohnbereichsleitung (w/m/d)
Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
Kommunikationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
