Die Stelle ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt im Vollzeitbeschäftigung unbefristet zu besetzen.
Braucht Ihr ganzes Können - Ihr Aufgabengebiet:Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit gewährleisten Sie die bestmögliche Versorgung der Patient
• innen durch eine ganzheitliche und individuelle Grund- sowie Behandlungspflege.
Dabei berücksichtigen Sie stets die psycho-soziales Gesamtbedürfnisse der Patient
• innen und achten auf die Einhaltung der ärztlichen Zuständigkeit für diagnostische und therapeutische Maßnahmen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die fachgerechte Erkennung und Erfassung der individuellen Bedürfnisse der Patient
• innen, einschließlich der Identifikation lebensbedrohlicher Zustände.
In solchen Fällen leiten Sie unverzüglich lebensrettende Maßnahmen ein, um eine schnelle und effektive Hilfe zu gewährleisten.
Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die prä-, intra- und postoperative Betreuung der Patient
• innen verantwortlich.
Sie führen alle erforderlichen Vor- und Nachbereitungsarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Operationen durch und stellen sicher, dass alle benötigten Geräte und Materialien ordnungsgemäß vorbereitet und kontrolliert sind.
Die fachgerechte Durchführung medizinischer Anordnungen der Ärzt
• innen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
Auffällige Beobachtungen leiten Sie unmittelbar und fachgerecht weiter, um eine schnelle Reaktion und Behandlung zu ermöglichen.
Eine sorgfältige Dokumentation sämtlicher OP-bezogener Daten stellt sicher, dass alle relevanten Informationen jederzeit nachvollziehbar sind.
Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die Anleitung von Auszubildenden sowie neuen Mitarbeitenden.
Sie unterstützen diese in ihrer praktischen Ausbildung und tragen so zur Weitergabe von Wissen und Fachkompetenz bei.
