Ihre Aufgaben: Pflege und Betreuung von BewohnerInnen mit vorwiegend alterstypischen Erkrankungen sowie gerontopsychiatrischen Veränderungen
Organisation und Durchführung der individuellen und ganzheitlichen Grund- und Behandlungspflege
Psychosoziale Betreuung, insbesondere bei der Anleitung, Ermutigung und Hilfe beim Wiedererlernen und Durchführen der Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens
Bereitstellung und Verabreichung von Medikamenten
Mitwirkung bei der Biographiearbeit
Evaluierung der Dokumentation
Pflege und Betreuung Sterbender
Teilnahme an Übergaben, Dienst- und Teambesprechungen
Einhaltung der einschlägigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, insbesondere der Hygiene, HACCP- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften
Wirtschaftlicher Umgang mit Gebrauchsmaterialien und Pflegehilfsmitteln
Unterstützung unserer Konzeption im Rahmen unseres Qualitätsmanagements
Ihr Profil: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft
Praxiserfahrung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
Weiterbildung zur Gerontopsychiatrischen Fachkraft
Soziale und fachliche Kompetenz
Bereitschaft, ein ganzheitliches und bewohnerorientiertes Konzept umzusetzen
Engagement zur Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsziele
