In dieser Rolle wirst du.
Als Teil des Controlling-Teams bist du mitverantwortlich für die Durchführung und Gestaltung des unternehmensweiten Finanz- und HR-Controllings.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management und dem People-Bereich zusammen und bist erster Ansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um das Controlling.
Du erstellst regelmäßige operative Reports für die Zielgruppen und bist erster Ansprechpartner für alle Ad-Hoc-Anfragen.
Die Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse, Reporting-Struktur und KPIs liegt in deinen Händen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die toolbasierte Personalkostenplanung.
Du unterstützt und berätst Führungskräfte bei Controlling-Themen.

eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung.
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling.
Excel und Datenbanksysteme beherrscht du aus dem Effeff.
Eigenverantwortliches und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten, verbunden mit Teamfähigkeit.
Zielgerichtete, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-On-Mentalität.
Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten.
