Für unsere Stabsstelle IT suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) Ihre Kernaufgaben:
Administration von Server-, Clients- und Betriebssystemen Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur hinsichtlich Leistung, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit Verwaltung von Hardware-Ressourcen, einschließlich Servern, Clients und mobilen Geräten Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Servern, Clients und mobilen Geräten Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme oder Technologien Konfiguration und Wartung von Netzwerken, einschließlich Routern, Switches, Virenschutz und Firewalls Sicherstellung einer stabilen und sicheren Netzwerkinfrastruktur Überwachung der Netzwerkauslastung und Fehlerbehebung bei Netzwerkproblemen Einrichtung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten, Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter in IT-Systemen sowie Bereitstellung von IT-Support bei Störungen und Problemen
Unsere Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT (z.

Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration, Informatikstudium) oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken Fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Vertrautheit mit Sicherheitslösungen wie Firewalls und Antivirus-Software
