Sie werden direkt mit Managern und Führungskräften in der Versicherungsbranche in der DACH-Region zusammenarbeiten.

Diese Rolle ist besonders geeignet für Fachleute aus der Versicherungsbranche, die in den SaaS-Bereich (Software as a Service) einsteigen möchten.Ihre Aufgaben:
Zielaccounts identifizieren, recherchieren und prospektieren sowie starke Kooperationen zwischen Marketing und Vertrieb aufbauen.Leads erfassen, pflegen und qualifizieren, sowohl Inbound als auch Outbound.Omnichannel-Lead-Nurturing und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen, einschließlich Kaltakquise, durchführen.Aufgaben, Leads und alle erfassten Daten in Salesforce und SalesLoft verwalten.Vierteljährliche und jährliche Ziele sowie Pipeline-Quoten erreichen.Selbstständig arbeiten, aber auch im Team kooperieren.Klare Opportunities an das Vertriebsteam übermitteln.1-2 Jahre Erfahrung als SDR im Versicherungs-/Finanzsektor (bevorzugt).Erfahrung im Vertrieb von digitalen Transformationslösungen.Leidenschaft für Technologie und Technologieverkauf.Hervorragende Recherchefähigkeiten, Zuhörerqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen.Hohe Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, motiviert zu bleiben, auch bei Ablehnungen.Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.Gute Kenntnisse in Salesforce (oder ähnlichen CRM-Systemen) und ABM-Plattformen.Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch - unerlässlich.Über das Unternehmen:
