DO SOMETHING INSPIRING EVERY DAY - Deine neuen Aufgaben
Window
Durchgehende Kommunikation mit dem Store, Area Manager und Area Team
Kommunikation mit der Produkt- und Logistikabteilung
Du sorgst mithilfe unserer Guidelines dafür, dass unsere Schaufenster zum Saison- und Kollektionsstart neu aufgebaut werden
Während der Saison nimmst Du regelmäßig Änderungen vor, um immer die aktuellsten Trends zu zeigen
Überprüfung der Fassaden und Logos sowie Sicherstellung, dass diese stets im guten Zustand sind
Instore
Mitgestaltung und Aufbau des Stores
Überprüfung der Einhaltung der Standards und des Stradivarius Images
Kommunikation mit dem Store Management, um regelmäßiges Feedback zu geben
Du erkennst die aktuellen Trends in unseren Produkten und kannst diese in Form von kreativen, stilsicheren Outfitkombinationen an unseren Mannequins innerhalb des Stores in Szene setzen
Gestaltung und Dekoration des Schaufensters
Die Performance Analyse Deiner Produkte hilft Dir zwischen Trends und Kommerzialität zu balancieren
Trainings
Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen zur optimalen Storegestaltung und Schaufensterdekoration in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Area Team
Du gibst Wissen und Informationen an die Produktabteilung und das Team weiter
Abstimmung der wöchentlichen Routenplanung gemeinsam mit dem Area Manager
Qualifikation
LIVE YOUR IDEAS - Das zeichnet Dich aus
Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Retail und/oder im Visual Merchandising mit
Trendbewusstsein und Modekenntnisse sind für Dich selbstverständlich! Du kennst alle neuesten Trends und kannst diese im Stil des Unternehmens kreativ umsetzen und gestalten
Neben ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, hoher Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit bringst Du eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit, denn Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit den Instore Visual Commercials und Managern und koordinierst und informierst über die aktuellen Pläne
Du bringst Liebe zum Detail und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen mit und sorgst damit dafür, dass unsere Produkte herausragend präsentiert werden!
