Es gliedert sich in 73 Kreis-, fünf Bezirksverbände und die Landesgeschäftsstelle.
Es werden ca.
28.000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter beschäftigt sowie rund 180.000 ehrenamtliche Helferinnen und Helfer sind im Einsatz.
Für unser Senioren- und Pflegeheim Haus „Römerschanz', eine Einrichtung mit 77 Plätzen in Grünwald, suchen wir ab sofort Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/div.) in Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden / Woche) oder Teilzeit, unbefristet Was bieten wir:

Durchführen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege unter Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Pflegestandards Beratung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern und deren Angehörigen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegeteam, Ärzten und anderen Gesundheitsfachkräften Digitale Dokumentation der Pflege Kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung und -optimierung Steuern und Anleiten des Pflegeteams Informationsaustausch innerhalb des Teams und mit den an der Pflege und Betreuung beteiligten Personen Anforderungen an den Bewerber (m/w/div.):
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/div.), Pflegefachmann (m/w/div.) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/div.) Eine aufgeschlossene und leistungsbereite Persönlichkeit, mit Einfühlungsvermögen sowie Verständnis für die Anliegen der Bewohner
