Als Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Implementierung und Integration des Onboarding-Moduls - insbesondere im Zusammenspiel mit Employee Central und Recruiting.
Du begleitest Kunden durch alle Projektphasen :
von der Anforderungsanalyse über das Lösungsdesign bis zur Umsetzung.Mit deiner fundierten Beratungserfahrung führst du Kundenworkshops, gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit und übernimmst in Projekten die fachliche Führungsrolle.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement wirkst du an der Planung, Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung der Projektergebnisse mit.Darüber hinaus bringst du dich in geschäftsentwickelnde Aktivitäten wie Presales, Aufwandsschätzungen und Angebotsprozesse ein.
