Stellenangebot: Manager Investment Controlling
Wir suchen für unseren Hauptstandort in Hamburg eine:n engagierte:n Manager:in im Investment Controlling. In dieser Schlüsselrolle optimierst du unsere Medieneffizienz und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenteams, MAGNA und Medienpartnern.
Entwicklung und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern wie Digital Planning, Product und Orion Global.
Steuerung und Überwachung von Mediendeals über alle Medientypen hinweg.
Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Performance-Optimierung.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturteams zur Umsetzung der Kund:innenbedürfnisse.
Förderung von Eigeninitiative, Innovation und Teamarbeit in einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld.
Vertiefung deines Wissens im Mediengeschäft.
Analytisches Denkvermögen, Zahlenverständnis und Detailorientierung.
Kommunikationsstärke und Beziehungsfähigkeit.
Weiterentwicklung deiner Marktkenntnisse.
Eigenständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Teamplayer-Mentalität.
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, Power BI und PowerPoint.
Erfahrung in einer Media-Agentur, bei Medieninhaber:innen, Medienprüfer:innen oder im Trading/Einkauf ist von Vorteil.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
