You can read the room and understand your professional environment.About the positionAs the Junior Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth operations at all times-ranging from ordering office supplies for members and staff to managing suppliers, payments, and maintenance.
You will support the Operations Manager and serve as the main contact for members regarding logistical issues.Key responsibilities include:
Assist with the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of Mindspace facilitiesBe the operational contact for members at your locationsHandle payments, suppliers, and reimbursementsManage logistical office needs and ordersSupervise and oversee the cleaning teamIdentify issues for escalation to the Senior Community Manager and document accordinglyExperience & Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of administrative experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills in German and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer toolsCritical competencies for success:
