Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in Direktanstellung ab Beginn
Einstiegsgehalt ab 3.800 € brutto monatlich, je nach Qualifikation mehr möglich

Professionelles Team vor Ort
Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:
Eigenverantwortliches Erledigen nationaler und internationaler Schutzrechtsanmeldungen
Koordination der Termine für Mandanten und Anwälte
Überwachung der Fristenkontrolle
Erstellung von Schriftsätzen und Anträgen für Patentanmeldungen
Organisation und Verwaltung des Office-Managements
Gebührenberechnung und Rechnungsprüfung
Pflege der Patent- und Mandatsakten
Korrespondenz mit Mandanten und Kollegen
Dieses Profil bringen Sie mit:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Patentanwaltsfachangestellte oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Dienstleistungsorientierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
Spaß an Teamarbeit
