Die Abteilung Systembiochemie des Instituts für Biochemie und Pathobiochemie koordiniert die Lehre im Fach Biochemie im Studiengang Humanmedizin.
Wir sind ein forschungsaktives Labor, das sich mit den Fragen zu intrazellulären Transportwegen und der Biogenese von Zellorganellen befasst.
Zudem entwickelt die Abteilung neue Therapiemöglichkeiten gegen parasitäre Erkrankungen wie Chagas-Disease und Leishmaniose.
Wir sind ein internationales Team aus gemeinsam Forschenden, Lehrenden und Lernenden.Aufgaben:
Als technischer
• r Mitarbeiter
• in beteiligen Sie sich an aktuellen Forschungsarbeiten der Abteilung.Bearbeitung molekularbiologischer und proteinchemischer Proben über das gesamte methodische Spektrum hinweg.Betreuung und Einsatz von Geräten zur Charakterisierung von Proteinen und der Analyse von Protein-Protein-Interaktionen (z.B.
ITC).Einsatz von Geräten zur Identifizierung von Inhibitoren von Protein-Proteininteraktionen (z.B.
ALPHA-Screen).Kultur humaner Zellen und pathogener Mikroorganismen.Arbeiten im Labor der biologischen Schutzstufe L3.Methodische Unterstützung der Forschungsarbeiten und Drittmittel-gestützten Projekte im Labor.Allgemeine Labortätigkeiten.Qualifikationen:
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTA/BTA/CTA (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar ist wünschenswert, mindestens 3-jährige Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgabenfeldern oder ähnlichen Bereichen.Sie sind verantwortungsbewusst und haben ein sehr gutes Organisationsvermögen.Sie bringen Motivation, Engagement und Belastbarkeit mit.Sie sind flexibel gegenüber innovativen Methoden.Sie sind teamfähig, kreativ und kommunikativ.Sie verfügen über EDV Kenntnisse (Office Programme).Sie verfügen zudem über Englisch Kenntnisse.Wir bieten:
