Führung & Entwicklung:
Sie leiten den Personalbereich mit 16 Mitarbeitenden und bauen ein starkes, motiviertes Team auf. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die Dienstvorgesetztenfunktion für alle Beschäftigten des Eigenbetriebs.
Strategische Ausrichtung:
Sie gestalten und steuern unsere Personalpolitik, z.B. den Einsatz spezifischer Personalkonzepte und -instrumente, die Ausbildungs- und Sozialpolitik u.a.
Arbeitsrecht & Verhandlungen:
Sie sind zentrale
• r Ansprechpartner
• in für die Beschäftigtenvertretungen, verhandeln u.a. Dienstvereinbarungen und vertreten Kita Nordwest in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen.
Prozessoptimierung:
Sie entwickeln innovative HR-Konzepte, modernisieren und digitalisieren bestehende Personalprozesse.
Unternehmerische Verantwortung:
Sie haben unbeschränkte Vertretungsvollmacht gemeinsam mit einem/ einer Geschäftsleiter
• in, wirken am Wirtschaftsplan und am Jahresabschluss mit.
Was wir voraussetzen:
Ausbildung:
Abgeschlossene wissenschaftliche Hochschulausbildung (Diplom, Master oder erstes Staatsexamen) (Verwaltungswissenschaften, BWL, Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Jura)
oder
Ausübung einer entsprechenden Tätigkeit aufgrund gleichwertiger Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen (Diese müssen denen eines graduierten Hochschulabsolventen gleichwertig sein und die ausgeübte Tätigkeit muss einen akademischen Zuschnitt haben.)
Berufserfahrung:
mindestens 2 Jahre Leitungserfahrung und mindestens 5 Jahre im Personalwesen (einschlägig)
Fachwissen:
umfassende Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Zusatzversorgungsrecht
Persönlichkeit:
kommunikativ, strategisch und analytisch denkend mit einem partizipativen, modernen und motivierenden Führungsstil
Sprachlich stark:
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
Zusätzliche Pluspunkte:
Kenntnisse im Tarifrecht (TV-L Berlin) und Personalvertretungsrecht
Kenntnisse der allgemeinen Berliner Verwaltung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office & Anwenderkenntnisse mit SP Data
Erfahrungen im Prozess- und Changemanagement
