allgemeine kaufmännische Gebäudemanagementtätigkeiten Unterstützung in der Vermietung von Gewerbeeinheiten und Wohnungen Erstellung von Neben- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern / Versorgungsunternehmen und Vertragsüberwachung infrastrukturelles Gebäudemanagement einschließlich Vertragswesen Organisation der Vermietungen von Veranstaltungsräumen Kommunikation mit Mietern, Vermietern, Dienstleistern und Partnern Rechnungstellung bzw.
• prüfung und -kontierung, Forderungsmanagement sowie Mahnwesen arbeitsbereichsübergreifende administrative Tätigkeiten sowie Büroorganisation, Durchführung von Objektbegehungen Das zeichnet Dich aus:
