Controller (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Beteiligungscontrolling Harro Höfliger entwickelt und fertigt Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen für Kunden auf der ganzen Welt.
Neben pharmazeutischen und medizintechnischen Unternehmen vertrauen auch Markenartikelhersteller für Consumer- und Home-Care-Produkte auf unsere hochspezialisierten Prozesslösungen.
Unser Controlling befasst sich hauptsächlich mit der Koordination sämtlicher Planungs-, Kontroll- und Informationsaktivitäten zur Steuerung aller Unternehmensbereiche.
Hier dreht sich alles um die Vorgänge, die das Vermögen des Unternehmens betreffen, von der Erhebung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen bis zu den Abschlussarbeiten für Monats-, Quartals- oder Jahresabschlüsse.
Unsere Mitarbeiter in diesem Bereich üben eine steuernde und kontrollierende Funktion für das Unternehmen aus und stellen für interne wie auch externe Adressaten wichtige Daten zusammen, die als wesentliche Entscheidungsgrundlage eine wichtige Rolle spielt.
Der Unternehmenserfolg steht dabei stets im Fokus.
Aufgaben
Eigenständige Analyse unserer Tochtergesellschaften und Überwachung der finanziellen Performance im engen Austausch mit den Verantwortlichen.
Weiterentwicklung sowie Optimierung unserer Reporting- und Kennzahlensysteme zur Schaffung von Transparenz.
Aktive Begleitung und Gestaltung von Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen.
Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen sowie Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse in Form von effektivem Storytelling.
Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses.
Einbringung von Know-how in verschiedenen Projekten und kompetente Vertretung des Controlling-Teams.
Begleitung von Change-Prozessen inklusive deren Koordination und Moderation Komprimierte Darstellung von komplexen Sachverhalten und adressatengerechte Aufbereitung dieser (Management-Berichte / Präsentationen, Auswertungen usw.)
Qualifikation
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Controller, idealerweise im Bereich Beteiligungen oder Unternehmensfinanzierung Nachweisbare internationale Erfahrung Fundierte Kenntnisse in Konzernrechnungslegung (HGB/IFRS) Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (pro Alpha / SAP) wünschenswert Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Denkweise Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Teamplayer mit interkultureller Kompetenz und der Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten Bereitschaft zu sporadischen Dienstreisen
