Ihre Aufgaben Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung komplexer Spezialkreditengagements, insbesondere in den Bereichen Konsortialfinanzierung, Projektfinanzierung, Bauträger- und Kommunalgeschäft, Schuldscheindarlehen sowie fremd akquirierte Leasingengagements.
Qualifizierte Analyse und Beurteilung von Kreditengagements unter Risikoaspekten sowie Erstellung fundierter Voten und Stellungnahmen.
Durchführung detaillierter Jahresabschlussanalysen inkl. Bilanzkritik sowie Erstellung interner Ratings.
Bewertung und rechtliche sowie wirtschaftliche Prüfung von Sicherheiten.
Erstellung entscheidungsreifer Kreditbeschlüsse sowie Ausarbeitung von Kredit- und Sicherheitenverträgen.
Ihre Kompetenzen Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, eine Qualifikation als Bankbetriebswirt:in (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im gewerblichen Kreditgeschäft.
Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Beurteilung anspruchsvoller Kreditengagements, insbesondere im Unternehmens- und Spezialfinanzierungsgeschäft, bei gewerblichen Immobilienfinanzierungen, Leasingrefinanzierungen sowie im Schuldschein- und Kapitalmarktumfeld.
Sehr gutes Verständnis aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen im Kreditgeschäft.
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohes Risikobewusstsein sowie ein sicheres Urteilsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
