Die Klinik Teutoburger Wald der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Braunschweig-Hannover ist eine zertifizierte Einrichtung, die sich auf die Rehabilitation von Patienten mit Diabetes mellitus, Adipositas, Herz-, Gefäß- und pneumologischen Erkrankungen spezialisiert hat.
Als Schulungseinrichtung der Deutschen Diabetes Gesellschaft (DDG) für Diabetes Typ 1 und Typ 2 sowie als Lehrklinik für Ernährungsmedizin bieten wir eine umfassende nichtinvasive internistische Diagnostik und engagieren uns besonders für die berufliche Wiedereingliederung unserer PatientInnen.
Die Klinik Teutoburger Wald führt beruflich und verhaltensmedizinisch orientierte Rehabilitationsmaßnahmen (MBOR/ VOR) durch und ist als Weiterbildungseinrichtung gemäß § 2 Abs.
2 der PsychTh-APrV (600 Std.

Leitung des psychosozialen Dienstes inkl.
Supervision der psychologischen/sozialpädagogischen Mitarbeiterpsychologische Diagnostik und Einzelbehandlung unserer Patienten m/w/dDurchführung von Patientenschulungen wie Stressbewältigungs- und Nichtrauchertraining, Herz- und Adipositas-Gruppe, EntspannungstrainingMitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Behandlungskonzepte (Verhaltensmedizinisch orientierte Reha, Präventions- und Nachsorgeangebote), der Qualitätssicherung sowie bei Forschungs- und Evaluationsprojekten der KlinikWir erwarten von Ihnen:
