This is a great opportunity for candidates with leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, and provide feedback to support performance and growth.Customer Service:
Ensure fast, friendly service; address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.Food Quality & Safety:
Maintain high standards of food quality, enforce safety regulations, and conduct routine inspections.Operational Support:
Manage inventory, control costs, optimize daily operations, and handle production and quality paperwork.Training & Development:
Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for all staff members.Schedule:
8-hour shifts (morning, day, and evening)Monday to Friday availabilityWeekend availability requiredRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalentInside Canada:
Minimum 6 months of experience in food & beverageOutside Canada:
Minimum 3 years of experience in food & beverageMinimum CLB 6 in EnglishKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesExcellent communication and leadership skillsDetail-oriented and organizedComfortable with technology used in food serviceCompensation & Benefits:
