Define and deploy a sales and business development strategy for the North American market for our 4 heating cable brands, 2 in the U.S.
and 2 in Canada.Identify and develop new business opportunities in key industrial sectors .Manage and support multi-site Canadian and U.S.
sales teams .Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and strategic partners.Meet customers' needs by advising and training them on our products, their installation and use.Work closely with internal teams (inside sales and marketing) to ensure optimal response to customer needs.Follow up on customer bids and respond to calls for tender.Monitor the industry in terms of competition and customer needs.Represent the company at industry events to reinforce the visibility of our heating cable brands .Job requirements and company offerYour profile :
At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a field related to sales, business development and personnel management.Have sold products in the heavy industrial and commercial market.Have technical knowledge of industrial products and markets.Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.Technical skills or knowledge;Demonstrate organization, initiative, perseverance and autonomy.Frequent travel throughout Canada and the United States .Reside in the Greater Toronto Area or Montreal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment.We offer :
