Stratège RH - Contrat temporaire chez un de nos clients
Afin de soutenir nos clients dans l'optimisation de leurs pratiques en gestion des talents, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Stratège en ressources humaines pour un mandat temporaire chez l'un d'eux.
Véritable expert(e) en stratégie RH, tu seras appelé(e) à intervenir directement dans leur organisation afin d'analyser leurs besoins, proposer des solutions concrètes et les accompagner dans la mise en place de pratiques efficaces et durables.
Sous la supervision de notre Team Lead Consultation, tu joueras un rôle clé en appuyant notre client dans ses enjeux liés à la gestion du personnel, au développement organisationnel et à la performance des équipes.

Prêt(e) à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique où ton talent et ton expertise RH auront un impact réel ? Opérer des mandats de types généralistes ou d'expertise dans les organisations clientes, selon l'offre de service et/ou le plan d'action établi et ce dans les délais convenus;
Effectuer des diagnostics organisationnels et établir des plans d'action RH adaptés aux besoins organisationnels des clients;
Assurer, sur une base quotidienne, un accompagnement RH complet auprès des gestionnaires, des directeurs et des employés des entreprises clientes;
Recommander, développer, mettre en place ou veiller à appliquer des processus, des politiques et des outils pour effectuer une saine gestion des ressources humaines;
Détenir un Baccalauréat en Relations industrielles, Ressources humaines ou tout autre programme pertinent;
Détenir 5 ans et plus d'expériences pertinentes en ressources humaines ;
Avoir une expérience dans le monde du services-conseils ;
Posséder une voiture et un permis de conduire valide;
Maîtriser la pensée stratégique et démontrer des compétences en matière d'analyse ;
Avoir une excellente maîtrise du français parlé et écrit;
Disposer d'un niveau d'anglais professionnel (un atout).
