Our head office is in downtown Vancouver with over 43 branches across Canada.
We currently have a permanent full-time career opportunity for an Associate Investment Advisor based out of White Rock, BC.
Professionally represent advisors to clients, business partners, and the community.
Assist with the account opening process of new clients, manage documentation requirements to provide seamless service onboarding new clients
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, client correspondence and taking ownership of project work
Supporting various office administrative duties including maintaining files and other general office duties as required
Manage and maintain the prospect database and marketing materials
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients and respond to requests for information
Minimum of 3-years investment industry experience.
Active Investment Representative (IR) Licensing with CIRO
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Insurance License and/or Financial Planning Certificate are considered assets.
In addition to the base salary, there is the potential for additional team and individual performance-based bonuses.
