Solidement implantée à Sherbrooke depuis plus de 50 ans, nous travaillons dans le domaine du chauffage et de l'air conditionné pour le confort des foyers nord-américains. Notre processus de fabrication, réalisé entièrement dans notre usine, se base sur la transformation de l'acier.
Exécuter l'assemblage de matériels, le nettoyage, l'emballage et d'autres tâches élémentaires dans la transformation et la fabrication de produits.
Tes responsabilités :
Lire les plans et les croquis afin d'y voir les caractéristiques techniques et directives sur les éléments à assembler.
Transporter, manuellement ou à l'aide d'un diable ou d'un transporteur manuel, les matières premières et les produits finis.
Assembler en pliant, perçant et vissant différentes pièces métalliques, mécaniques et électriques manuellement et/ou à l'aide d'appareils en suivant des plans bien précis.
Couper la laine, trie, empaquette et emballe le matériel et les produits.
Vérifier la qualité du produit en effectuant différents tests (test d'étanchéité, test diélectrique, test de mise à feu)
Compléter des rapports de tests.
Nettoyer son espace de travail à l'aide d'un balai et rangent les outils/instruments utilisés aux endroits prévus.
Respecter rigoureusement les normes de qualité et de sécurité fixées dans l'exécution de toutes ses tâches.
S'assurer du rangement de son espace de travail de manière à être assisté facilement en cas d'absence.
Peut être appelé à effectuer d'autres tâches relevant de sa compétence au besoin ou à la demande de son supérieur immédiat.
Ton profil:
DES (un atout)
Expérience en milieu manufacturier (un atout)
Connaissances en lecture de plans (un atout)
Connaissance du français écrit et parlé.
Connaissance des mesures anglaises, métriques et des conversions.
Connaissance des mathématiques de base (addition, soustraction, multiplication et division)
Exige l'observation de procédé, d'objets ou de situations dans un environnement éloigné du travailleur tandis que d'autres activités requièrent une vision rapprochée.
Doit fréquemment se déplacer, se pencher, s'agenouiller et rester de longues périodes en position debout ou assis.
Doit pouvoir soulever un poids pouvant atteindre entre 10 kg et 20 kg.
Avoir une bonne coordination de ses membres supérieurs.
Être capable de se conformer à des exigences de qualité et de productivité.
Avoir le souci de la précision, de l'ordre et de la propreté.
Rémunération selon la convention collective en vigueur :
19.06$ à l'embauche avec augmentation après 6, 12 et 18 mois allant jusqu'à 21.05$/heure.
Horaire :
quart de jour (7H30-16H), du lundi au vendredi
