As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes and within community settings.

Have a current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standingHave knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practiceHave knowledge of principles of reflective practiceUse a systematic approach to decision making during the development, implementation, and evaluation of the physiotherapy care planBe able to manage time and workload effectivelyEnsure appropriate and secure documentationBe able to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environmentHave the physical capabilities to perform the duties of the position.Have a valid Driver's License and reliable insured vehicleHave vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records CheckAbility to speak French will be an assetAs a member of A Team Made of Caring™ at Closing the Gap, you can expect:
