• Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in dental management is essential.
• Proven experience in staff supervision is necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this role.
• A solid background in managing budgets and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) is expected.
• Experience in conflict resolution is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Tracker Dental Software is a plus.
• Experience in Treatment Coordination will be advantageous._
