Pleins de projets et défis n'attendent que vous ! Responsabilités principales :
Gestion des stocks et approvisionnement Superviser l'inventaire des pièces et accessoires pour assurer un approvisionnement adéquat.
Commander les pièces en fonction des besoins du service et des ventes, tout en optimisant les coûts.
Maintenir un inventaire précis et s'assurer de la rotation efficace des pièces pour éviter les surplus ou les ruptures de stock.
Gérer les retours et les garanties des pièces auprès des fournisseurs.
Service à la clientèle et support aux autres départements Offrir un service de qualité aux clients et aux techniciens du département du service.
Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes pour la commercialisation des accessoires.
Répondre aux demandes des clients avec rapidité et professionnalisme.
Collaboration avec le Directeur des opérations fixes Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur des opérations fixes pour assurer une gestion fluide des ressources et des processus.
Élaborer des stratégies communes pour améliorer la productivité et la satisfaction des clients.
Coordonner les initiatives visant à optimiser les performances des départements des pièces et du service.
Gestion financière et performance du département Élaborer et suivre le budget du département des pièces.
Analyser les rapports de ventes et de performance afin d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
Développer des stratégies pour maximiser la rentabilité du département.
Supervision et développement de l'équipe Encadrer, former et motiver l'équipe du département des pièces.
S'assurer du respect des politiques et des procédures internes.
Maintenir un environnement de travail positif et productif.
Respect des normes et politiques Veiller à ce que le département respecte les politiques du constructeur et de la concession.
Appliquer les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion et de service à la clientèle.
Compétences et qualifications requises :
✅ Expérience de 5 années en gestion des pièces dans une concession automobile, idéalement Chrysler.✅ Excellentes compétences en gestion d'inventaire et en logistique.✅ Capacité à analyser les données financières et à optimiser la rentabilité.✅ Leadership et aptitudes en gestion d'équipe.✅ Sens du service à la clientèle et excellentes habiletés en communication.✅ Connaissance des logiciels de gestion des pièces et des systèmes informatiques liés à l'automobile.
Salaire et avantages :
