On the Bell Business Markets team, you'll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You'll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensures the improvement of the proposed solution.
2. Follows a structured methodology and, in particular, interacts with other team members (e.g. business analysts, project managers and specialists, quality assurance).
3. Participates in the analysis and resolution of problems of average complexity.
4. Takes part in most stages of the analysis and programming activities of application systems.
5. Contributes to the resolution of problems as part of the change management process.
6. Recommends changes to established methods and procedures, and suggests alternatives and new methods to improve quality.
7. Contributes to the development and updating of system test plans.
8. Establishes estimates of activities and tasks required for design, coding and progressive improvement of accuracy.

Critical Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering with specialization in Telecommunications or related field.
2. 2 years relevant experience in information technology, telecommunications.
3. Experience in network projects.
4. Knowledge of Active Directory management.
5. Knowledge and experience of LAN/WAN solutions and routing.
6. Proactivity and ability to have an end to end vision on mandates and solutions.
7. Knowledge of Fortinet and Cisco products. Certifications, an asset.
8. Experience in network management would be an asset.
9. In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
