RESPONSABILITES
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to analyze, develop, test, & deploy solutions for maintaining/integrating new business domains into our data warehouse & support the migration to Snowflake
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Design, develop, & maintain data ingestion & consumption pipelines in line with company's data ingestion patterns
• Build real-time data streaming pipelines with strong reconciliation & observability mechanisms
• Lead the implementation of best practices in software engineering, including code standardization, branching strategies, pipeline optimization, cost efficiency, & architectural patterns
• Work closely with Solution & Enterprise Architects to solve complex business challenges, estimate project efforts, & design advanced data transformation solutions using modern tools & technologies
• Document implementation steps & produce quality assurance evidence. Maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Provide technical support to Business Intelligence analysts, QA testers, & deployment coordinators throughout the development lifecycle & during business-hours production support
REQUIREMETNS
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Software Engineering/related fields, or equivalent education & experience
• Min 10 years of extensive experience in data integration & ETL tool development
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications, including JSP with JDBC, Apache Camel or Spring Integration, & Spring Boot
• Min 3 years of hands-on experience with IICS CAI (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services Cloud Application Integration)
• Proficient in Java (J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot), Tomcat, Maven, ESB, & Python
• Strong knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes & data ingestion patterns
• Practical experience with Snowflake & IICS CAI
• Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Experience with Databricks, SAS Enterprise Guide, GIT, Jenkins, Business Ob
