• ne de production sur le quart de jour pour son centre de tri de Québec.
Tu joueras un rôle vraiment très important au sein de l'équipe.
Tes principales responsabilités :
Ajustements et efficacité des équipements
Démarrer et charger les lignes de tri selon les procédures établies
Ajuster les séparateurs et convoyeurs en fonction du personnel et des matières entrantes
Diagnostiquer les arrêts de production et collaborer avec l'équipe de maintenance au besoin
Former le personnel sur les équipements de tri
Maintenir tes connaissances à jour sur les technologies utilisées
Qualité des produits finis
Collaborer avec l'opérateur
• trice du chargeur pour optimiser l'alimentation de la ligne
S'assurer du respect des standards de qualité exigés par nos client

Amélioration continue
Analyser les procédés pour optimiser les opérations
Proposer des solutions lors des blocages ou arrêts récurrents
Participer aux réunions d'équipe et animer celles des arrêts mensuels

Maîtrise de l'opération et de l'ajustement de machinerie industrielle

Connaissance de base des commandes électroniques
Aptitude à effectuer des ajustements d'équipement
Formation requise
DEP en opération d'équipements de production, fabrication, genie industriel (un atout mais pas obligatoire), combiné à une expérience pertinente d'au moins un an.
Toute combinaison d'expérience pertinente (3 ans et plus)
Conditions d'emploi
6 jours de congé maladie et 2 jours de mieux-être par année (un congé mieux-être, c'est un congé payé pour faire ce que tu veux !)
12 jours fériés/an et des vacances selon les années d'expérience
