Ergothérapeute Rimouski

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) ergothérapeute passionné(e) pour rejoindre une clinique dynamique située dans la magnifique région du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Ici, la flexibilité, l'équilibre et l'épanouissement professionnel sont au cœur de notre approche.
Ton rôle au quotidien
Évaluer une clientèle présentant des lésions musculosquelettiques variées et troubles mentaux courants.
Élaborer des plans d'intervention personnalisés en collaboration avec une équipe multidisciplinaire.
Communiquer avec les médecins et les autres intervenants pour favoriser un cheminement optimal.
Effectuer la tenue rigoureuse des dossiers selon les normes de l'ordre professionnel.
Réaliser, au besoin, des visites en emploi ou à domicile.
Participer activement au développement de nouveaux services et d'activités de prévention en santé globale.
Se tenir à jour sur les pratiques innovantes en ergothérapie.
Ce que nous recherchons
Maîtrise en ergothérapie.
Membre en règle de l'Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ).
Aucune expérience minimale requise - les nouveaux diplômés sont bienvenus !
Personne démontrant flexibilité, créativité, et excellentes aptitudes en communication.

Prime d'engagement jusqu'à $ pour un engagement de 5 ans (répartie en budget de formation, mentorat et montant en argent).
Garantie de 25 heures/semaine pour les trois premiers mois.
Horaire flexible et modulable selon tes ambitions : temps plein, partiel, hybride ou en présentiel.
Temps de dossier rémunéré.
Programme de mentorat structuré sur deux ans.
3 semaines de vacances payées dès l'embauche, 4 semaines après 5 ans.
Assurances collectives après 3 mois.
2 jours de congés mobiles par année, cumulables.
Possibilité de cotiser à un RVER.
