Notre site Côté Jardins est actuellement à la recherche d'un technicien(ne) en informatique pour un remplacement (fin de contrat janvier 2025) ! Déplacements à prévoir sur nos 2 sites.
Relevant de la Chef du service des ressources informationnelles, le technicien ou la technicienne informatique veille au bon fonctionnement des équipements et des logiciels des équipes de nos établissements et s'assure de la satisfaction de nos employés.
Le titulaire du poste effectue un suivi quotidien et efficace relativement aux problèmes techniques vécus dans l'entreprise.

Mettre en place et configurer des postes informatiques et téléphoniques; Configurer et mettre à jour des postes de travail; Maintenir de façon régulière des serveurs et des équipements informatiques et réseautiques; Configurer, améliorer et déboguer la plateforme de téléphone IP; Maintenir les systèmes DNS, les courriels, Internet, le FTP et les autres plateformes TI de l'entreprise; Veiller à offrir un soutien technique aux employés par téléphone, par courriel et sur place lors des heures d'ouverture de bureau; Veiller à offrir un soutien technique d'urgence en dehors des heures de bureau; Documenter les changements apportés aux configurations; Participation à des projets de développement et d'implantation; Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Profil recherché :
Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiale avec spécialisation en informatique (DEC) ou l'équivalent.
Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) combiné à un certificat universitaire de premier cycle pertinent ou une attestation d'études collégiales (AEC) pertinente de huit cents heures et plus combinée à de l'expérience pertinente au domaine visé.
Démontrer de bonnes aptitudes pour la collaboration, communication et le service à la clientèle.
Démontrer une capacité à effectuer un travail de soutien, bonne priorisation du travail en fonction de l'impact et l'urgence des requêtes.
Avoir un véhicule car déplacements requis entre nos établissements.
