Le Groupe D Resto est à la recherche d'un(e) barman/barmaid à temps complet (du mercredi au samedi) pour son restaurant Bâton Rouge de Ste-Foy ! Le barman/la barmaid prépare différentes boissons pour les serveurs/serveuses et sert la boisson et la nourriture commandés par les client(e)s du bar.

FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES Préparer les différentes boissons du menu Bâton Rouge; Susciter et entretenir des conversations avec les client(e)s; Développer sa clientèle; Respecter les recettes du restaurant Bâton Rouge; Appliquer les règles d'hygiène et de salubrité; Appliquer les règles de sécurité.

COMPÉTENCES ET EXIGENCES DU POSTE Avoir 18 ans et plus; Environ 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine; Une connaissance élémentaire du domaine de la sommellerie, des différents alcools et cocktails est souhaitée; Une certaine dextérité manuelle est requise; Un sens du détail et une ouverture au changement sont exigés; Le bilinguisme, l'entregent, l'esprit d'équipe, le sens de la collaboration, la capacité d'adaptation à une situation, la communication orale et l'écoute sont exigés; Une apparence soignée, la confiance en soi, l'intégrité, la capacité à gérer le stress, le dynamisme, l'autonomie et la flexibilité sont essentiels.
