DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Sous la responsabilité du contremaitre d'opération de l'usine, l'opérateur d'usine (groupe C) peut être appelé à préparer les différents réactifs de l'usine, décharger les différents transports avec le chariot élévateur, opérer un concasseur à mâchoires et un marteau et/ou opérer l'usine de remblai en pâte. Il s'assure que l'environnement de travail est propre et fonctionnel. Il travaille conjointement avec tous les autres opérateurs de l'usine ainsi qu'avec les mécaniciens. Le travailleur sera aussi appelé à être former sur les postes du groupe B lorsqu'il recevra la demande.
HORAIRE
7 jours de travail - 7 jours de congé
Quart de 12h en alternance jour et nuit
EXIGENCES
Détenir une formation en traitement du minerai ou une expérience en usine de traitement (un atout);
Posséder un permis de conduire et un permis d'explosif valide;
Démontrer de l'intérêt à être formé aux différents postes des opérations;
Avoir la capacité d'opérer un chariot élévateur et un pont roulant;
Travailler de façon sécuritaire en tout temps et même sans supervision;
Avoir une bonne condition physique et la capacité de travailler debout durant de longues périodes;
Avoir de la facilité à s'exprimer (donner ses idées);
Être capable de travailler dans des environnements bruyants, chauds ou froids;
Être capable de travailler sous protection respiratoire et de travailler en espaces clos;
Désirer travailler en équipe.
