DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Sous la responsabilité du surintendant entretien, le fiabiliste entretien est responsable de soutenir les opérations en assurant la fiabilité des équipements mobiles, fixes et électriques, tant sous terre, qu'en surface. Le titulaire du poste jouera un rôle stratégique dans l'analyse des défaillances, dans la planification préventive et dans l'optimisation des actifs, pour une flotte composée de plus de 200 équipements mobiles. De plus, le fiabiliste aura plusieurs tâches tels que :
Assurer le suivi de la fiabilité des équipements mécaniques mobiles, fixes et électriques;
Réaliser des analyses de bris, d'arrêts non planifiés et de tendances;
Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de planification pour recommander et implanter des stratégies d'entretien optimisées;
Développer et mettre à jour des indicateurs de performance en lien avec la fiabilité;
Participer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques d'entretien et de maintenance;
Agir comme ressource technique pour résoudre des problèmes complexes;
Soutenir la formation et le transfert de connaissances techniques au sein de l'équipe;
Participer aux divers budgets du département.HORAIRE

EXIGENCES
Diplôme en génie mécanique, fiabilité ou expérience équivalente;
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire en milieu industriel ou minier;
Bonnes connaissances en analyse de données de fiabilité (RCM, FMEA, Pareto, etc.);
Connaissance des logiciels de GMAO;
Autonomie, esprit d'analyse, bonnes habiletés en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe;
