Être Technicien(ne) au service à la clientèle chez Ouellet, c'est mettre à profit ses talents dans un contexte où le service à la clientèle représente un enjeu majeur, le travail d'équipe est primordial pour offrir un service de qualité et les défis font partie intégrante du quotidien.
Tes responsabilités :
Prendre en charge son territoire en tant que responsable interne, soit :
Être le point de contact de nos clients en recevant et redirigeant les appels entrants;
Effectuer l'entrée de commandes et de soumissions dans notre logiciel ERP;
Fournir un service à la clientèle de qualité en répondant aux demandes d'informations et questions de bases concernant nos produits;
Collaborer étroitement avec la force de ventes pour assurer un service efficace;
Coopérer avec l'ensemble des départements de l'entreprise pour répondre aux besoins des clients;
Apporter un soutien administratif essentiel au bon fonctionnement du département.
Participer activement à des initiatives visant à améliorer l'efficacité et les processus internes.
Ton profil :
Diplôme en lien avec l'administration, le secrétariat, les sciences humaines ou domaine connexe;
Anglais avancé
à l'oral et à l'écrit, pour pouvoir répondre à l'ensemble de nos clients;
Posséder de l'expérience pertinente, un atout;
Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication et en travail d'équipe;
Savoir faire preuve de
courtoisie
, minutie,
organisation
et gestion des priorités.
