Responsabilités :
Concevoir et mettre en page des documents éditoriaux variés (rapports annuels, brochures, livres, magazines, guides, etc.), en respectant l'identité visuelle du client ou de la marque.
Assurer la qualité visuelle, typographique et technique des documents en portant une attention rigoureuse aux normes typographiques, à la cohérence graphique et à la lisibilité.
Préparer les fichiers finaux pour l'impression et/ou la diffusion numérique en respectant les normes techniques (fonds perdus, marges, profils colorimétriques, formats exportés, etc.).
Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de communication et les membres de l'équipe créative pour comprendre les objectifs du projet et créer des solutions visuelles efficaces.
Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour assurer la cohérence des visuels.
Maintenir une connaissance à jour des tendances en design graphique et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
Participer à des réunions créatives pour proposer des idées innovantes.
Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et respecter les délais impartis.
Assurer la qualité et la précision des fichiers finaux avant l'impression ou la publication.
Capacité à gérer le temps efficacement et à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément.
Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire.
Avoir un intérêt pour le design web (UI/UX) est un atout recherché, notamment pour les projets en format numérique.
Exigences :
DEC en graphisme et deux (2) années d'expérience pertinente Maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative Suite, avec un amour particulier pour Indesign Une connaissance approfondie des styles, gabarits, grilles typographiques, gestion des longs documents, etc.
Connaissance des contraintes d'impression Connaissance du logiciel Figma Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe Connaissance des tendances actuelles en matière de design web et imprimé Bonnes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation Attention aux détails et souci de la qualité Excellentes compétences en communication visuelle et verbale
