DESCRIPTIONS :
• Être responsable de diriger, d'orchestrer et d'intégrer la livraison de bout en bout de plusieurs types de solutions nécessitant des équipes multidisciplinaires au sein d'entreprise et de ses partenaires d'affaires, afin d'atteindre les bénéfices attendus dans les limites budgétaires et les contraintes de temps imparties
• Être praticien orienté résultats, pragmatique, avec une expertise démontrée dans la gestion d'intégrations très complexes
• Posséder une feuille de route démontrant la constitution d'équipes de livraison multidisciplinaires de grande envergure
• Être capable de penser hors du cadre et d'opérationnaliser rapidement des améliorations urgentes et durables dans un contexte d'amélioration continue basé sur l'analyse des causes.
• Maîtriser la mise en place de mécanismes de gouvernance et de métriques adaptés au contexte pour assurer une gestion alignée sur l'exécution et les parties prenantes
EXIGENCES :
• Praticien(ne) cadre senior orienté(e) résultats, pragmatique, avec sens politique et joueur(euse) d'influence
• Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée
• Plus de 15 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projets de transformation et d'intégration complexe
• Expérience de travail en collaboration d'équipe dans un contexte de redressement
• Gestion de multiples parties prenantes à tous les niveaux (équipes de réalisation jusqu'aux exécutifs)
• Connaissance et expérience du domaine des données et des capacités/fonctions de gestion des données
• Connaissances et/ou compréhension des aspects techniques liés aux plateformes de gestion des données, à l'infonuagique, à l'intelligence d'affaires, à l'intelligence artificielle, à la sécurité informatique, à la protection des renseignements personnels, etc.
• Habileté à travailler avec plusieurs modes d'exécution (Cascade, Agile Scrum, Agile à l'échelle SAFe)
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais essentielle
